Adding Video

Fluid Galleries lets you add You Tube and Vimeo videos to your portfolios. After a video has been added, you can edit and arrange your videos in the same manner as your images, without any special screens or tools.

To add a video, click the Add Video button in the top right toolbar, from the portfolio editing screen. A window will popup, asking you to enter the Video ID of the You Tube or Vimeo video you would like to add.

You Tube Video ID

Visit youtube.com and browse to the video you would like to add to your portfolio. In the toolbar at the bottom of the video click the Share button

After clicking the Share button, a textfield will be revealed with the title Link to this video. The You tube video ID is the last part of the url shown in this text field

Alternatively, you can also obtain the You Tube video ID directly from your browser's address bar when watching a video.

Vimeo Video ID

Visit vimeo.com and browse to the video you would like to add to your portfolio.

The video ID is easly obtainable from your browser's address bar.
