Hi:

For some reason my images are getting auto cropped even though they are set to a specific size (620px). It seems like they get reset to whatever the default size is for the theme I chose (wide). In the default setting my images are cropped terribly. Is there any way to ensure that they stay the size I set or adjust the cropping so heads aren't cut off in the default size?

Thanks for the help.
Jon

    Good morning Jon,

I'm having a quick look at your design theme to see what's going on.. do you know if your theme's html has been changed at all? The theme doesn't seem to be behaving normally, so I'm wondering if any of the javascript hooks have been accidentally removed.

Your images are not actually being cropped. Your header area (where your logo and menu are) doesn't seem to be pushing the images down, and rather, is being overlaid over the top portion of your images.

If we try to correct this issue, we might need to reset your template. We'll maintain your logo, and color choices.. would that be okay?

    Let us know.

    Cheers,
    Erik
